I Harjit Ricky am a Director of Punjabi Film in India and have directed several Punjabi Films till date. I completed my schooling from MDSD Senior Secondary School at Kapurthala (Punjab 1997).
I was born in Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA. Since, I was a young child, I was fascinated by the word of entertainment and I was mesmerized by the people who were behind the scenes and were instrumental in producing movies and videos for Cinema and television. Since, very early age I started dabbling in production of video songs with my friends and tried to gather knowledge in the field of my interest.This increased my interest in my chosen field and I went to Mumbai to see the world of Cinema and sneaked into shootings of some movies. During this period, I bought a Still Photo Camera and a Video Camera from the money lent to me by my father (S. Shangar Singh).
